We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Digital Content
When you purchase an ebook or audiobook directly from our store, it is yours to keep forever. Unlike purchases from major online retailers, where digital content is often tied to an account and can be lost if the account is closed or the content is removed, books purchased from our store are yours to download and access anytime.
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a downloadable file that you can store, back up, and enjoy on any compatible device without restrictions or the risk of losing access.
Personal Use Only: Your purchase grants you a personal license to the digital content. This means you may read and listen as often as you like, but you may not resell, share, or distribute the files in any form.
We encourage you to keep a backup of your files, as we cannot replace lost or deleted purchases. If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us for support.

Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at checkout. Please check your Spam folder, or if using Gmail, your Promotions tab.
Signed print books are shipped from Karen Lynch Books.
Unsigned print books are printed on demand and shipped from BookVault. Shipping times depend on your location, the shipping carrier used.
Merchandise is made on demand and shipped from several partner companies. Shipping times depend on your location, the shipping carrier used.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Refunds
EBooks and audiobooks are instant downloads and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Signed Books are personalized and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. If you purchase one by mistake, contact the store immediately. Once a book has been personalized, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Orders for merchandise and unsigned books are automatically received and processed by our partner companies. They are normally fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be required to pay a 15% cancellation fee plus shipping and handling.
There is no return for change of mind. Returns are given for faulty items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to the tracking).
Limitation of Liability
Karen Lynch Books and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
